In the new Taste Kitchen, guests took part in interactive and educational tasting sessions and experienced some amazing British produce from Sainsbury's. At the same time they learnt from top chefs with masterclasses and cooking demonstrations.

Edinburgh Chefs included - Antony Worrall Thompson, Nick Nairn, Roy Brett from Dakota, Tom Kitchin from The Kitchin, Lady Claire MacDonald.
