In the new Taste Kitchen, guests took part in interactive and educational tasting sessions and experienced some amazing British produce from Sainsbury's. At the same time learnt from top chefs with masterclasses and cooking demonstrations.

Birmingham chefs included – Nick Turner from Hotel du Vin, Alan Chew from The Oriental, Patrick Harness from Malmaison and Olivier Perrard from Opus.

Thursday 10th July – Evening Session (Gala evening)
