Bath's debut and fantastically well attended Taste Festival in 2007 is returning on 3-6 July 2008. Taste of Bath will be hosting a number of the city's top restaurants in the glorious surrounds of The Royal Crescent.

Restaurants including Chris Horridge's Michelin starred Bath Priory, The Dower House at The Royal Crescent, Hywel Jones & the team from Lucknam Park and the Olive Tree will be serving up signature dishes in sample sizes and entertaining visitors over the four days.

This year's fantastic features will include the Taste Kitchen where you will find your favourite chefs and food writers running fabulous demonstrations and tastings celebrating the very best of British food. Celebrating the whole of the South West, the delicious. magazine Producers' Market will showcase a range of the finest local produce and hands-on cookery classes will be found in the Bertinet Kitchen.

Visitors are advised to book early as tickets are likely to sell out.
