Mr Jimmy is Pelswick's very own guardian angel. Whenever Pelswick is in a fix Mr Jimmy appears usually from somewhere weird, like one of Pelswick's posters to offer him advice. His favourite way of helping is to tell a story with a message about the problem. Sometimes the stories don't seem to make sense but Pelswick always works out their meaning eventually. That said, Mr Jimmy did get every single question wrong on his guardian angel exam!
