- The servant cannot leave the premises without asking permission from the master.
- The servant will endeavour to answer the bell within 2 minutes of it being rung and must wait to be dismissed.
- The servant will be neat and tidy in his or her appearance and be appropriately dressed whilst on duty. The servant should not wear jewellery, or perfume or aftershave. Nails are to be kept clean and short.
- The servant will speak in polite and respectful tones to the master and their family at all times.
- The servant will prepare breakfast at 8am, lunch at 1pm and dinner at 8pm unless otherwise stated by the master.
- The servant will clean, dust and vacuum all the floors every day and keep the kitchen and bathroom areas spic and span.
- The servant will serve the master and his family dinner in the evening.
- The servant will keep all the glassware, china and silverware clean and polished.
- The servant will do the master's laundry every day.
- The servant may only retire for the night once the master has said that they may do so.
- The servant is forbidden from using personal mobile phones whilst on duty in the master's house.
- The servant will carry out the daily list of chores for the master.
- The servant will comply with all other reasonable requests for help from the master as quickly and efficiently as possible.

I the undersigned hereby agree to perform the duties outlined above to the best of my ability.
