'We have five graduates this time, which means we now know that this is possible and that this project really can work!' Tony Elvin, training development manager of Cheeky Chops.
Through the traumas and triumphs of training, the 15 young people picked to take part in the Cheeky Chops project lived out their personal dramas in full view of the Jamie's Kitchen cameras. So did they measure up to expectations and did the restaurant measure up to theirs? And what does the future hold? The students speak about life before and after Jamie.
