When Gok first met frumpy mummy Helen Thompson her confidence had sunk to an all-time low and she was so self conscious she couldn't even bear to take her kids swimming for fear of everyone seeing her wobbly bits. Now, just two short months later, Helen has been reinvented as a bona fide head turner with a new found love for her womanly curves.
Having overcome her body demons and learned to love the bits she previously hid away, Helen was ready to proudly bare all in a glamorous photoshoot. But having beaten the nerves once in front of the camera, would she have what it takes to raise her game in front of friends, family and strangers with a stint on the catwalk?
All was revealled as she took to the runway and strutted her stuff in front of the assembled masses at Manchester's Trafford Centre. With the glamorous outfits hand-picked by Gok going down a storm, Helen then faced the ultimate test – stripping down to her smalls for a saucy lingerie parade. With her loved ones cheering on, Helen did herself proud proving once again that a little fashion know-how and a bit of confidence is all it takes to look good naked.
