
Jun Tanaka is a cook with a calling – he wants to teach people how to cook restaurant quality food in their own homes and with Cooking It, he intends to do just that.
Having been taught to cook by his mum, Jun decided to make a career out of cooking when he turned 18. His dedication to producing good food saw him train at some of the world’s finest restaurants, including London’s Le Gavroche, before going on to start his own cookery classes.
Jun believes that with passion and dedication, anyone can learn to cook. His own passion lies in teaching people the basics of cookery and then giving them the tips and shortcuts to help them create stunning dishes of their own at home.
