Who braved it?
Jilly Goolden, Jack Osbourne, Dominik Diamond and Catherine McQueen

What else should I know?
The course revolves around yoga, t'ai chi, qi gong moves and meditation. Participants live in a small mountain-top hut high in the Slovenian Alps, where there is no electricity or running water. Activities include lengthy mountain walks and tough climbing hikes, daily t'ai chi practice, shiatsu massage techniques and personal-growth exercises. The course involves practising a system of moves incorporating the best of yoga, t'ai chi, qi gong, and meditation and is generally geared towards self-development.
