New workers of the future

The Henley Centre for Forecasting (a group of researchers) predict that we'll have certain types of workers in the future. Here are three:-

performers - people with the ability to capture the imagination of others and put information and arguments across convincingly

narrators - people whose job is to script a coherent sotr out of the expanding amount of information available

maintainers - people who know about and understand new technologies, can advise where they fit in with the big picture and the ability to put it right, if it goes wrong
