Brat Camp
Brat Camp: Mums and Daughters
Brat Camp returns as a brand new group of rude, abusive and out-of-control tearaway teens are sent to a tough American wilderness camp set in barren desert-lands. This time, in a bid to mend their broken relationships, their mothers come with them.

Both mother and daughter are in the hands of Anasazi, a wilderness therapy programme that specialises in healing parent and child relationships through an approach that's more peace, love and understanding than short sharp shock.

For the first time, each episode in the series concentrates solely on just one family, following their story from the moment they leave the UK to the time they return.

Will Anasazi's focus on detox, spirituality and building self reliance through the teaching of survival skills have a positive effect? Can Dr Fred Dodini transform the parenting habits of these desperate mothers and their tearaway teenage daughters?

Want to strengthen your family or build better relationships here in the UK? The Arbinger Institute, whose philosophy and material is used as the basis of the Anasazi programme featured in Brat Camp, run free events here in the UK. Their best-selling book, The Anatomy of Peace, tells the story of a family on a wilderness programme in Arizona.
