Mrs S: Conservative rebel
Isobel is on a mission to succeed. She relishes a challenge. She has the determination to drive her efforts and the imagination to shape her vision. She knows what she is doing, is persuasive, and is very committed to doing things in her own way. Her dealings with others are purposeful and professional and, so far as work colleagues are concerned, task-oriented.
She is well equipped to deal with the stress of business life. Isobel's profile suggests that she is self-assured, calm and even tempered. Although not the warmest of people, colleagues and employees will generally know where they stand with her. She is clearly disposed to appreciate the importance of providing excellent service to clients or customers, backed by charm and attention to detail.
She is discerning in her pleasures and appreciates quality. This makes her concerned about the appearance and presentation of her products. She seems to be exceptionally imaginative which, combined with attention to detail and a preference for rational approaches to decision making, suggests that she would be an excellent problem solver.
The benefits of all strong personality characteristics also carry the risk of negative impact. It seems that Isobel relies heavily on herself and doesn't easily trust others. This may become a difficulty if others see her as mistrustful and questioning of their motives. She is also diligent to the point of perfectionism and this may be a problem for her, from the point of view of both efficiency and staff relationships. The danger is that she may come across as over critical, micro managing and unwilling to delegate.
Isobel doesn't easily allow others to influence her. Rather like a politician, she is very confident in her own opinions and has a powerful armoury of interpersonal skills to assist in persuading others to her way of thinking.
