A peaceful and relaxing place, where the rhythm of life slows down to that of the house's rural past.
Located 19 miles (28.5km) and 35 minutes' drive from Palma de Majorca airport, Ca's Xorc is more than a hotel and restaurant: it is a refuge. This sympathetically restored olive press has become one of the most stylish rural hotels in Majorca, with its reputation as a first class hotel and restaurant growing steadily since its opening in April 2000.
Ca's Xorc is decorated with peace and tranquillity in mind, from the comfortable cream sofas to the crisp calming white of the walls; there are chic Moroccan accents in the décor, immaculately arranged bedrooms, and traditional Majorcan architecture which is cleverly set off with contemporary touches.
Aids to relaxation include the magnificent pool, a Jacuzzi overlooking the mountains, and lovely secluded gardens. Settle on the terrace for the evening with a cocktail in hand, while enjoying a glorious sunset, before dining at the excellent Sa Tafona restaurant, which serves Majorcan-Mediterranean cuisine, either à la carte or as a chef's sampling menu; there's also a well-stocked wine cellar with a comprehensive collection from Spain and the rest of the world.
The best way to end your day is in front of the open fire in the library. With its relaxed atmosphere and comfortable accommodation, Ca's Xorc will give you an experience you won't want to forget.
