Siobhan has a makeover!

When some of the British public mistook 37 year old Siobhan for a grandmother, she knew it was time for a change, and a drastic one at that. Siobhan, mother of three, has been fighting a losing battle with her looks since she was a school girl. Things have taken a turn for the worse since the birth of her third child, when Siobhan's progesterone levels went haywire causing unsightly facial hairgrowth. Years of poor dental hygiene and smoking left her with weak rotting teeth, which have started to fall out, leaving her face with a sunken, masculine appearance. On the fashion front, Siobhan covers up her size 16 body in unflattering drab baggy tracksuits and shapeless cardies that weigh her down and so unsurprisingly, her self confidence is at an all-time low. Time for a transformation.

- To eradicate Siobhan's "mumsy middle-aged look", Andrew needed to make the hair less thick and less dull.
- By chemically relaxing Siobhan's hair, volume and bulk was reduced; giving Siobhan softer, longer and more feminine hair.
- To add excitement to Siobhan's colour, her highlights were banished in favour of subtle two-toned copper hues; the darker shade frames her face and accentuates her beautiful blue eyes; and the lighter tone covers the rest of the hair.
- Andrew finished off Siobhan's new hair by giving her a funky feminine cut.

- Due to Siobhan's facial shape, Ruby opted for colour over a muted look.
- To accentuate Siobhan's eyes Ruby used a youthful palette of contemporary colours – soft pink as a highlight, smoky plum for depth and exotic aubergine for definition.
- To make Siobhan's eyes stand out, Ruby applied black mascara evenly from root to tip.
- To compliment the subtle pinks used for the eyes, Ruby used a pink blusher on the cheeks and a contrasting colour on the lips.
