A self-confessed “wreck” Jeni is in need of some help from Nicky and her team of experts. Jeni’s diet consists of nicotine and caffeine, her grooming regime is non-existent, and her home life is hectic. Worst of all, Jeni has hardly any teeth left. Only a few stumps remain and she can't even be bothered to brush them any more. Unsurprisingly, Jeni looks old before her time and as usual the great British public aren't afraid to tell her so.

Chopped away damaged hair
Kept the ‘bohemian’ look but lost the centre hippy-style parting to a side parting
To hide grey, dyed hair with a hazel-brown colour, this matched Jeni’s eyes and kept the look natural.
TOP TIP: Trim permed hair every 5-6 weeks – this will extend the life of a perm and will also make it easier to style at home.
