Valid until May 2009 excluding Christmas, Easter and all Bank Holidays

Package for 2 adults and 2 children (aged 2-11 years) includes:

• Return  Economy flights – London / Boston
• Car  hire - fully  inclusive of airport surcharges, collision damage waiver (cdw), supplementary  liability insurance, theft waiver, third party liability insurance, theft  protection (tp), unlimited mileage depending on vehicle and loss damage waiver  (ldw)
• 5  nights – 3* hotel accommodation (Sharing  a family room).
• Comprehensive travel insurance.
• To be in with a chance of winning the grand prize of a holiday to Boston in New England USA, simply send us a photograph of your garden. There will also be a fortnightly winner in each of the three categories who will win a pair of tickets to BBC Gardeners’ World Live and some Cuprinol vouchers.

Standard Terms and  Conditions

1.  Where a family package is quoted, children must be under the age of 12 years by the return date of travel.
2.  All holiday locations and dates are subject to availability.
3. All travel must be completed by 31st May 2009. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Cuprinol.
4. Cuprinol accept no responsibility for hotels / tours / airlines etc. being withdrawn or amended.   In the event of this, Cuprinol will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative.
5. Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed will be subject to administration charges.
6. Additional passengers may accompany prize winners at the relevant rates provided by Cuprinol's designated travel company.
7. Passports and Visas are the responsibility and cost of the prize winner.
8. Transport between home and the airport is the responsibility of the prize winner unless otherwise stated in the competition.
9. This holiday is valued at £5000 and there is no cash alternative for the prize. There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.
10. Drivers must hold a current U.K. driving licence, be over 25 years of age with a clean, full licence. If drivers are under 25 years there is an additional young driver’s insurance payable locally.
11. By emailing your photo and entering the competition you will be allowing Cuprinol to re-use your image on www.cuprinol.co.uk and within Cuprinol Case studies.

A PAIR OF BBC GARDENERS’ WORLD LIVE TICKETS
terms and conditions

1. Thirty Six pairs of tickets to BBC Gardeners’ World Live at Birmingham NEC to be used at any one of the dates 11th to 15th June 2008 to be won.
2. The promotion is open to UK [including Northern Ireland but excluding Republic of Ireland] residents aged 18 and above. The promotion is not open to employees of the Imperial Chemical Industries PLC group of companies or employees of any participating stores, any agents, distributors, event suppliers or their families or any other person connected with the competition.
3. The promotion will run from 18th March 2008 to 9th June 2008.
4. All entries must be received no later than 5pm on 9th June 2008.
5. By entering this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

7. The draw for the winners will take place fortnightly by an independent person from all entries sent through during that 2 week period. The thirty six winners will be notified by post by 9th June 2008.
8. The tickets are for the winners and his/her guests only and are not transferable. The tickets are valid for any day of the BBC Gardeners’ World Live Exhibition which are Wednesday 11th June through to Sunday 15th June.
9. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into
10. No cash alternative. The prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
11. The tickets include admission into BBC Gardeners’ World Live at the Birmingham NEC. The tickets will be subject to BBC Gardener’s World Live’s terms and conditions. Travel to and from the exhibition are for the winner and his/her guest’s own account as are any accommodation costs or any other incidental expenses.
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its servants or agents out of or in connection with this Promotion except where caused by the wilful neglect of the Promoter, its employees or agents. Nothing in this clause is deemed to exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the Promoter, its employees or agents. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of any such changes.
13. The Promoter shall not accept liability for any change to the venue/events due to decisions by the event organisers. The Promoter reserves the right to change the venue and dates of events with advanced notice and will provide an alternative venue and/or events or equal value. If this is not possible, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute events for a gift of similar value.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion in whole or in part without prior notice or compensation
15. Winners of the prizes may be requested to take part in future publicity or PR events and consent to their photographs being taken and published.
