The design of the Vexed Parka answers the problem of practical protection, personal safety and a modern style in one garment. It has a cowl hood to cover the wearer's face. When the Velcro goes up, the mask pocket on the sleeve will take a respirator/breathing mask. It also has strategic padding to cover the kidneys, spine, skull and groin as protection against physically injury from attack or other kind of accident.
