Initial project investigation meant looking at existing methods of delivery within a supermarket. It also entailed putting themselves in the shoes of an arthritis sufferer. They did this by using boxing gloves, which might seem a bit flippant, but did simulate effectively the problems of someone with severe handling restrictions.
