Web browsers
You look at web pages in a web browser. The chances are, you're using one to look at this, and there's almost certainly one included on your computer; most likely either Netscape/AOL or Internet Explorer.
But there are plenty of other browsers out there, including ones for mobile phones or handheld computers, speaking browsers for visually impaired users and non-graphical browsers for text-based systems.
