As you can see she is composed of several layers, you can make out the blue coloured outline of her spine and inner skull. Over that is mapped different textures and in the middle of her forehead where Hindu's might have a red spot as a symbol of their power, we have replace it with the modern day symbols of power which in the case of We Want Your Soul is dollar signs and gas-masks (unfortunately).

The character was modelled in 3d Studio Max, the textures were prepared in photoshop and animated in After Effects. The following image shows the different heads we created based on the inner skull and outer-texture technique.
