Travelling from the UK to India, looking for the X-factor, Bally Sagoo is no stranger to the talent search ideal. He started mixing in his bedroom, known as 'Currywood Studios' as a teenager. Bally has since signatured many Bollywood and mainstream films. He has recorded an album with Amitabh Bachan and worked with a host of top artists including Malkit Singh and Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan.

Originally a DJ, Bally came up with the new concept of revitalising classic Bollywood film songs and produced the single Chura Liya, which was the first ever Indian-language record to be play listed on Radio 1.

Bally is also founder of Ishq Records, a label famed for producing Indian music fused with R'n'B/Reggae/Hip Hop and Dance. Other credits include touring India in a support slot with Michael Jackson. Bally's musical style has achieved many awards including gold and triple-platinum albums.
