What to do:

Enjoy this activity together. Read the questions (in bold) to your child.

• Look carefully at the hats.
• Count the spots on each hat. Do all the hats have the same number of spots?
• Count the feathers on each hat. Do all the hats have the same number of feathers?
• Which hats have the same number of spots?
• Which hats have the same number of feathers?
• Which hats have the same number of both spots and feathers?
• Ask your child to colour the hats which are the same, or draw their own Hoobygroovy hat!
• This activity helps develop visual skills and counting, part of mathematical development.
