When the Tiddlypeeps invite the Hoobs to a fancy dress party, they discover there are plenty of Hoobledoobledooper ideas to choose from!

First, Tula decides to dress up as a Hoobyhollerbird. But when she tests her costume on the Tiddlypeeps, they think it's too scary.

Hubba Hubba finds a story on Hoobnet about a happy witch called Wanda. Iver and Groove dress up as wizards and Tula makes a witch's outfit. But she wants to feel pretty, so that's not the answer. A scarecrow's costume doesn't feel right either.

Eventually, Tula asks the Tiddlypeeps for advice and they help her to dress up as a fairy. Hoobelly Groobelly!
