Hubba Hubba tells the Hoobs that Peeps call Hoobycookie racks "combs".

At first they think Peeps use combs to scratch their cats. And Tula finds out that having her back scratched gently is quite pleasant!

The story they see on Hoobnet makes them think that Peeps scratch themselves with combs too. Then the Tiddlypeeps show them a Hoobledoobledooper rake and fork. They look like big combs on sticks.

Roma finds a Hoobacious cockerel that has something which looks like a comb on its head.

The Hoobs go off to see the Tiddlypeeps - who of course know that combs are used to get all the little tangles out of their hair! Hoobelly groobelly!
