How it works
Two teams of two students play The Deadly Knowledge Show. Their aim is to win money to help pay off their student debt.
Questions are worth either 50, 100 or 200 points depending on the round. If a player gets a question right, the points are added to their team total; if they get it wrong, they'll lose that number of points.
Structure
The Deadly Knowledge Show is made up of four rounds.
Rounds are either multiple choice, either/or, or in the fourth round a fastest-finger-first round against the clock. Teams must really work together in the third round, as they'll only get the points if they both know the correct answer.
The team in the lead at the end of round four goes into the Final 'Sudden Death Row' round to play for the £5000 jackpot.
The Winner
In Sudden Death Row the winning team must play together and attempt to correctly answer as many questions in a row as they can within 45 seconds. The more questions they answer correctly the more money they'll win – and if they answer eight in a row they'll win the star prize of £5000.
Winning teams are then offered the chance to come back on the next show and add to their winnings. But if they fail to make it back to Sudden Death Row again they'll lose all their winnings!
