Channel 4: Why do you want to work in the building trade?
David: I have always wanted to be an architect. I think I have
a lot to offer the design world and it suits the way that I think
and work.
Channel 4: Why should you be on Bricking It?
David: 1) I have unique ideas that I can offer to the design
process. 2) I work well in a team or as a leader. 3) I am an interesting
and amicable person
Channel 4: Have you ever worked in the building industry before?
David: One week's work experience in an architect's office and
I carried out most of the DIY work in my house and best friend's house
for the last 4-5 years.
Channel 4: What are you hoping to achieve from Bricking It?
David: I would like to get into the construction trade, either as an electrician or an architect.
Channel 4: Is it harder than you expected?
David: I wouldn't say it was harder than expected, but very different.
Channel 4: Do you think Bricking It is helping you to work with other people?
David: I've always worked with other people but not with such a range of different people in one group.
Channel 4: What have you learnt from Bricking It so far?
David: As well as a lot of construction-based knowledge, a lot of politics and a lot about living alone and managing myself.
Channel 4: What do you think you will do after Bricking It?
David: Either a place at university or an apprenticeship.

I am one of the best CAD users in my school. I am determined and won't stop till I finish something.
