Looking Back Interview

How was Bricking It for you?
Mainly I learnt that young undisciplined individuals given the appropriate guidance, respect and encouragement can become achievers.

What was the best thing about Bricking It?
Watching the students develop their skills and learn the importance of discipline, team work and communication. I was there for just a short period and enjoyed watching the students work develop.

And the worst thing?
I can't lie… don't trust electricians (especially Ballo). Just kidding!

Can anyone make it in the construction industry, or does it take a certain type of person?
Yes. All human beings are the same it is only our beliefs, upbringing and culture that separate us. If an individual is willing to learn and put in effort… they can make it.

What did Bricking It tell you about young people today?
I plead the 5th amendment – no comment!

And finally…
Thank you
