Gis a Job?

It's crunch time! Have they all got jobs or not?

While David needs to consider other options available to him – the other trainees wait to hear about their jobs.

Laurence and Hannah are first. The jobs board has envelopes for both of them and opening them together they're delighted to find they've been offered work.

Each morning the other trainees wait to see whether there's anything up there for them. It's not an easy wait. Two days before the end of the project – Greg finally has something to collect. There's three letters waiting for him, but he's going to save opening them until he sees his mum that night.

She's been the one who recognised that getting a trade would be one of the best way to make sure her son gets the most out of his teenage years. She suggested plastering and in some initial trials, Greg loved it as it used up his energy and let him see good fast results.

Three opened letters later, and she has every right to be proud Greg. His passion for plastering has come across in his interviews and he sits with three job offers on the table. Greg's mum is delighted "I'm well chuffed, absolutely over the moon, it's the start of his life really".

The future's looking good for Greg.
