Over the weekend, Ricky got into a fight with a 15-year-old boy.

Travelling to the Bricking It site on Monday morning Ricky is aware that it could jeopardise his future on the project.

Ricky's previous inability to kick-start his career in the past means that he's determined to make the most of the project. Having been kicked out of college, and then dropping out of an engineering apprenticeship, Ricky's keen to make this opportunity work.

Ricky decides to go and tell Dr Phil first thing in the morning. Until he has all the details, Phil has no option but to send him home. The next day Dr Phil decides it's satisfactory to allow Ricky to go back onto site with the other trainees.

Before long friction is building up between Ricky and Dan, as they suffer a major character-clash. Eager to pre-empt any more disagreements, Ricky visits Dr Phil.

Dr Phil reflects: "To his credit he came straight to me on the Monday morning to talk through the situation with Dan. I admired him for doing that."
