No expense is spared at Wycombe Square, a new residential development in London's Kensington. The houses are built for the top end of the market, with a price tag to match. A family house here could set you back up to £11 million.
The architecture is mainly neo-classical in style, and the houses are laid out in a traditional 'garden square' configuration. The designers have incorporated many natural materials to give a luxurious finish.
Dr Phil saw the visit as a good opportunity for the trainees to learn: "This may seem like another world, but the skills used to build it are the same. The trainees see walls of marble and luxury fittings and think it's a different planet. But the tradesmen weren't brought in from outer space with big green ears.
"Not all jobs are the same. Some jobs are on a higher level, jobs in which tradesmen can take real pride. I was worried that the trainees would get jealous, as the chances are they'll never get to live in a place like that, but I think they got the idea."
Lauren was dazzled by the luxury of the development, and left green with envy. Ears and all.
