Greg is late again and Dr Phil's not impressed!
Watch the videoBeing on the project has given Greg Males a real opportunity to turn his life around. A year ago he was in jail.
"Twelve months ago I never thought I'd be able to go to work and function in normal society".
Though Greg is dedicated to the project, he's having difficulty with the early mornings. Dr Phil calls him in to his office. He's not impressed that Greg has been late 11 times and he's not in the mood for any more excuses.
"Read that it's a written warning. Now there's no more chances".
Worse, it means another £1,000 out of our trainees bonus.
With 4 weeks to go and having come so far Greg's determined not to get thrown off and he seems to have taken Dr Phil's warning to heart. "I'm going to get here especially early, at 5 every day if I have to. It would be so stupid to mess it up now, I'd be so disappointed."
Dr Phil seems to think that word like this come easily to Greg and that he's got through his life pulling the wool over people's eyes. "Do I actually think he won't be late for the next 6 weeks? No I don't".
Is Dr Phil proved right?
