Any adjustments to the plumbing and electrical systems are made, and the Second Fixes come to an end.
The carpentry Second Fix is also completed. Wall and floor tiling is progressing, with the marble and limestone tiles fixed, grouted, polished and finally sealed.
With the end of the Second Fix now achieved, the flat is ready to be tarted up…
