It's all hands to the pump as the electrics, plumbing and plasterboard are all finished.

By now Dr Phil is chasing materials for the Second Fix (weeks 9-16). Orders and delivery dates are checked and double-checked. Dr Phil must know that the right materials will be delivered in the right quantities on the right day.

Dr Phil is also pushing the designers for details of the finishes in the flat, such as wall coverings and paint requirements. Details like these make a difference to the construction methods used. Dr Phil is also chasing up the materials for the carpentry first fix.

Dr Phil will again reassess the movement of people in the flat, trying to ensure that resources are used effectively and there is minimal congestion.
