Even at this early stage Dr Phil is chasing up the delivery of materials plumbing and electrical materials they won't need on-site for weeks. The kitchen is already on order, even though we won't be installing it until Week 13.
Now that work is underway Dr Phil will re-assess which tradesmen and trainees are in which rooms. He wants to avoid congestion as far as possible.
A week-by-week count-down sheet is pinned in the trainees' social area. Deadlines are never far away.
