Sign off failure

After David's day leading the team, the trainees fail their construction sign off. Their shoddy workmanship means a furious Dr Phil and £600 down the pan. Dr Phil has no choice but to bring in workmen to correct their work.

Soaps

Soaps has been partying too hard, and is late for work. Dr Phil makes the other trainees sweep the car park as punishment for Soaps' error.

Soaps finally arrives on-site to be greeting by the anger of her fellow trainees, a verbal warning from Dr Phil, and a £500 deduction from the Bonus.

The Completion Bonus is down to £34,910.

When she is late for a second time, following another night on the tiles, Dr Phil doesn't hesitate to issue another, written warning, costing the team a further £1,000.

Greg Santos

Greg Santos has already received 2 warnings for lateness. So when he fails to turn up on time again, Dr Phil's patience bottoms out.

Dr Phil decides to make an example of Greg in front of the other trainees, and dismisses him. This costs the team £3,500 on top of the £1,500 already deducted.

Greg Males

Greg is struggling to keep up with the extra jointing he's having to do to cover up where the other trainees have had to cut into the plaster board and made mistakes. Expert Robert Shand is called in to help. Cost to team: £300.

Total Deductions

Two thirds of the way into Bricking It our trainees have lost £13,990 of their £50,000 bonus.
