The Bricking It Rules

Frequently Asked Questions | The Bricking It Rules

Like any construction trainees and apprentices, our team of ten have to adhere our strict Bricking It rules at ALL times:

BE ON TIME

Site hours are 8am to 5pm. Registration is at 8am - you must be in work gear and ready to go at this time. Lateness will not be tolerated.

BE SAFE

You MUST follow the health and safety regulations set out in your induction. Failure to do this could result in you being removed from the project.

TELL PHIL IF YOU'RE ILL

You MUST tell Phil Ashton within an hour of 8am registration if you are too ill to work.

NO VIOLENT OR THREATENING BEHAVIOUR

This will NOT be tolerated and will result in removal from the project with immediate effect.

NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL

You will be removed from the project if you are found to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol at any time on site.

PUT IN THE EFFORT

In order for the project to be completed everyone needs to contribute to the very best of their ability.

ACT AS A TEAM

Whether on or off site, you must NOT act in a manner that is detrimental to the team, the project's completion, or which may bring the project into disrepute.

If any trainees breaks any of these rules then they risk being removed from Bricking It.
