The programmes touch on the feudal system, the farming year, religious beliefs and influences, and features of medieval society such as entertainment, food, clothing and religious belief. By closely examining a single historical source, the ‘Luttrell Psalter’, students will begin to learn how to interpret visual sources such as medieval manuscripts. The programmes are aimed at Y7 students (11—12 year olds).
