- Art National Curriculum requirements, Key Stage 3:
Pupils should be taught how characteristic features of works of art, craft and design represent differences and continuity in ideas, beliefs and values. Over the course of the key stage, pupils should develop skills, knowledge and understanding through investigating the work of artists, craftspeople and designers from a range of historical, social and and cultural contexts from Western Europe and the wider world.
