2. The programme includes a dialect quiz based on a popular television programme. Ask pupils to write a short scene for two or three players using local dialect, using any TV format (eg soap opera, chat show, or news). Ask them to present their scene to others in the class and try to decide if they have found a winning idea for their local television station!
