Jon is writing the headlines| for the pre-title sequence. It's important to make the top of the programme enticing in order to keep people watching. He's wondering what to write about the Iraq bomb blast which has become the lead story. It's a problem finding something different to say about Baghdad because of the continual stream of shocking stories coming out of there. However today's story has a new, grim component - the bomber specifically gathered people together before killing them - and this is the line that Jon will pursue.
