Forty-five minutes from going on air and the Iraq bomb blast has become the new top story|. The clinching factor was that al-Qaida has claimed responsibility on its website. The UN world summit has therefore moved down to second place partly because it turned out not to be so momentous and partly because Tony Blair is not now speaking while the programme is on air.
Ed confirms that they have a UN guest - Edward Mortimer, Kofi Annan's special advisor - who will be interviewed live. But because the story has moved down the running order, the satellite link from New York has had to be extended.
