Building on the phenomenal success of Jamie's 30 Minute Meals, Jamie Oliver returns to Daytime with Jamie's 15 Minute Meals - a brand-new cookery series that pushes the concept of fast, everyday food to the next level.

This new series of half hour programmes squeezes the cooking process even further, with each half hour episode featuring two delicious, nutritious, super-fast family meals back-to-back!

As well as speeding things up, Jamie has also focused on reducing the calorie content of the dishes so that viewers can confidently serve a nutritionally balanced meal to their family every day of the week. The shows aim to inspire and excite viewers and show them just what they can achieve in a small amount of time, with a few clever ideas.

In his trademark down-to-earth style Jamie takes the audience through the dishes in real time, with ingredients easily available from supermarkets, using some key kitchen equipment and offering plenty of hints and tricks to help the aspiring home cook get something to the table that's a cut above your average mid-week fare.

Jamie continues to feature homely British and Mediterranean family staples, but he'll also be drawing more inspiration from Asia, including Thai, Indian and Chinese ideas, to bring some exciting new flavours to the family table.
