What’s lurking in the closets of celebrities? Star Boot sale invites much-loved personalities to wake at the crack of dawn, don their wellies and see what they can rustle up for Charity.

The show follows twenty famous faces as they compete to sell their unwanted items and memorabilia at car boot sales around the country with all proceeds going to their favourite charities.

This 20 x 30’ series is narrated by Shane Richie

The first week of shows will include TV funny man Joe Pasquale, Made in Chelsea’s Sam Thompson, TV presenter Anthea Turner, model Nancy Sorrell and pop star Michelle Heaton.

Week two will see TV presenter and former model Melinda Messenger, Amy Childs, who shot to fame on reality show The Only Way Is Essex, TV property expert Martin Roberts, radio DJ and TV presenter Sarah Jane Crawford andOlympic medallist and world champion hurdler Colin Jackson.

In week three, we’ll see breakfast presenter Richard Arnold, reality star Paisley Billings, Olympic athlete Iwan Thomas,comedian Helen Lederer, and Gogglebox’s Sandi Bogle.

And finishing the series off in its final week on air, will be former conservative MP Ann Widdecombe, comedian Zoe Lyons, actor and comic Bobby Davro, Model, TV presenter and reality star Vogue Williams and star of outnumbered,Tyger Drew-Honey.

TX Week 1

Episode 1 – Joe Pasquale

Five celebrities are competing at a car boot sale to raise as much money as possible for charity. Today it’s the turn of TV funny man Joe Pasquale whose eclectic collection of memorabilia and natural sales patter is bound to bring in the punters.

Episode 2 – Anthea Turner

Anthea Turner is competing with four other celebrities who are all selling their unwanted items at a car boot sale to raise money for charity. Unsurprisingly Anthea’s stall is by far the most organised but has she priced herself out of the market?

Episode 3 – Sam Thompson

Made In Chelsea’s Sam Thompson is selling his unwanted items for charity and quickly discovers that impromptu auctions are a great way to shift his stock. With items such as “Larry the Lemon” on sale he’s confident he’ll raise the most money.

Episode 4 – Nancy Sorrell

Nancy Sorrell stars in the celebrity car boot sale and plunders her home for items to sell. Her big ticket item is a painting by husband Jim Moir – aka Vic Reeves – but can she persuade the punters to part with their cash?

Episode 5 – Michelle Heaton

Michelle Heaton from Liberty X is this week’s final celebrity trying to raise as much money for charity. She’s pinning her hopes on selling the dress she wore to marry Andy Scott-Lee but do people really buy wedding dresses at car boot sales?
