E4 commissions new series of hit format Don't Tell The Bride
E4 has commissioned brand new episodes of Renegade Pictures hit wedding format Don’t Tell The Bride.
E4 will air 18 new episodes of the hit show which sees grooms take control of their wedding day leaving the bride -to-be clinging to the hope that her future husband can give her the wedding day of her dreams. With no contact between the couple for three weeks the groom is on his own organising everything from the venue and the cake to the flowers and the all-important wedding dress. It’s more than some grooms can handle and more than some brides can take as they relinquish control of the most important day of their life.
All 4, Channel 4’s free on-demand service will also host all episodes of series 1 – 5 of Don’t Tell the Bride so that viewers can catch up on their favourite episodes from past series.
Alex Cooke, CEO, Renegade Pictures said “We love making Don’t Tell The Bride and we’re very pleased that it has a perfect new home on E4.”
The show moves from Sky who commissioned a series for Sky 1 before a change in editorial direction.
