Channel 4 Entertainment makes a wide range of popular, returning formats like Alan Carr Chatty Man, 8 Out of 10 Cats, and Cats Do Countdown, Million Pound Drop, and Derren Brown, but we are always on the lookout for new shows that are irreverent and mischievous, have scale and broad appeal.

Our talent-led shows assemble a great line up and we provide a strong platform to champion new talent. We have made an investment in new Channel 4 stars, for example, with the talent-led format The Last Leg with Adam Hills, Alex Brooker and Josh Widdicombe. In 2013 we launched Was It Something I Said? a new quotation based panel show hosted by David Mitchell with Micky Flanagan and Richard Ayoade as team captains.

In 2014 we're bringing back iconic game show Fifteen to One in daytime hosted by Sandy Toksvig, alongside more celebrity specials hosted by Adam Hills.

Stand Up To Cancer is back this year and there will be a range of must-watch Entertainment programmes launching around it.

A Channel 4 Entertainment show has innovation at its heart. It's important to us to stay at the forefront of developments in second screen. The Million Pound Drop is Channel 4's most successful TV app, with 2.7m downloads. We partnered with Twitter for Was It Something I Said? - this enabled viewers to use the platform as part of the game. We aim to develop primetime shows and the technology that accompanies them in parallel. We're on the lookout for a digital idea that is also essential and integral to the TV idea. When it comes to Channel 4 Entertainment, always think interactive.
