Where did Phil get that hat?

Phil's famed hat came from a gentlemen's outfitters in Portsmouth, but the band is a piece of beadweaving he did on a loom. The original feather was goose but there have also been feathers from a swan, a red kite and other birds at the Owl Sanctuary in the New Forest. His most recent hat was left waiting in the wings as an understudy for a while while it developed sufficient character. Other feathers have been pouring in to the Harding household lately, including some from a blue macaw.
