How does Time Team choose which re-enactment societies to include in programmes, and why don't you use them more?

Re-enactment societies are used whenever appropriate. We try to employ the best society for a particular period. If you think your society would be useful to us, send us details – preferably proving your authenticity – and we will put them on file.
