The Ancient Human Occupation of Britain (AHOB) project is a collaborative effort involving archaeologists, palaeontologists and geologists at a number of different British universities and other bodies, including the Natural History Museum and the British Museum. This website provides information about its first five years of study, which were funded by a £1 million grant from the Leverhulme Trust. The website includes links to download AHOB's paper, The Earliest Record of Human Activity in Northern Europe, and other project reports and findings.
