Can I join the Team on a dig?

We have a regular team of diggers and we also welcome the help we get from local archaeological units. Between these two lots of experts, we have more than enough diggers and really can't take on any others. When we involve additional volunteers, this is arranged through local organisations in the area of the dig.

If there is a Time Team dig going on in your area – and you'll have to find that out using your own initiative as we make that information public only to the local community – we would be delighted if you came to see us at work. Just remember not to look into the camera!
