If you have the QuickTime plug-in, you can download an extremely
brief look at the Titanic's bow as it appears beneath the Atlantic,
filmed by Dr Robert Ballard and his team in 1986, the year after they
discovered the wreck of the ship.
The wreck of the Titanic
www.flash.net/~rfm/
This site explores the wreck itself as it was found in 1985, via
photographs of a meticulously researched 1/350 model. These show a great
amount of detail on the wreck, with opportunities to delve into the processes
of the ship's building, sinking and even its decay.
David Clarke's 3D Titanic
http://home.interlynx.net/~dclarke/Titanic.html
This website doesn't function well at the moment, but David Clarke
claims to be working on it. When it's finished, it will be magnificent,
with 3D tours, QuickTime movies, reconstructions of various areas of the
ship before the disaster and much more. There is also a copy of the ship's
manifest, listing everything the Titanic was carrying to feed,
water and tempt its passengers including eight cases of orchids!
Titanic: Destination ... cyberspace
http://home.gwi.net/~paul/
A series of modern-day paintings of the Titanic's sinking by
Paul Quinn, with appropriate quotes from survivors. There's also a book.
